ADL:ONE is a bespoke, special-purpose, curated experiential offering that serves client requirements of short, repetitive batch-oriented executive development and medium-term leadership development programs.

ADL:ONE programs are designed to include face-to-face developmental group workshops, audio and video-conferencing solutions to bridge geographic-related (and pandemic-related) factors, participation of external speakers for specific sessions, field work (where specifically desired or recommended), content design, syndication (where appropriate), dissemination; all that it takes to deliver a transformational learning and development experience for your people. 

The core deliverable continues to build individual and enterprise leadership abilities. 

Some clients seek and invite participation from their long and medium-term business partners. This has served some in the building of a developed, more encompassing, and synergistic mindset that incremented efficiency and better communication in large projects. Leadership development aside, new conflict resolution mindsets helped better project management (everything that has a start and finish can be viewed as a project), as also cost synergies.
